Philip is the owner of Park Studio Build Inc., a company dedicated to high-quality carpentry and renovation. He specializes in bringing clients' visions to life, with a deep passion for the finer details that make each project unique.
Philip thrives on creating highly customized spaces, ensuring every aspect of the build is meticulously crafted. Whether it's transforming a historic home or building a modern addition, his work is defined by precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Simone is the owner of Simone Smith Design and an important role to any successful renovation or new build project. She’s obsessed with original details but loves modern amenities in a home. Project Stipley was her first ever kitchen design and renovation, and Project West Harbour is her first ever bathroom design. It is also the principal residence of Simone & Philip.
Simone went to George Brown College for Construction Engineering and is advanced in Revit, Autocad & Sketchup.
